Director of Marketing and Communications
Emily Smith is the Director of Marketing and Communications for KnowledgeWorks. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of KnowledgeWorks marketing communications strategies, engagement programs and content development. Prior to this position, Smith managed marketing communications programs and branding for Intelligrated, an international automation firm serving the retail, consumer product manufacturing and logistics industries.
Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Kentucky University and regularly volunteers at her son’s elementary school.
