Senior Manager of Capability Building, StrivePartnership
Melissa McCoy is the Senior Manager of Capability Building for StrivePartnership, a subsidiary of KnowledgeWorks. In this role she manages the design and implementation of trainings and strategies aimed at equipping stakeholders with the competencies and tools to achieve their goals. The purpose of StrivePartnership’s capability building efforts is to develop systems leaders who are empowered to transform education processes and outcomes for kids cradle to career.
Prior to this position, McCoy practiced law for a brief period before moving to more mission-based work.
McCoy earned her B.A. from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law. She is also actively involved in the United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s Public Policy Committee.
