Members of the inaugural Leading Change Network Steering Committee will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the Leading Change Network. Through a one-year commitment, these educators will grow a national professional learning community focused on leading in personalized, competency-based systems and collectively advocate for more equitable, student-centered education systems.

Ian McDougall serves as a part-time online community facilitator for the Leading Change Professional Learning Community (PLC), an online hub connecting more than 500 learner-centered educators from across the country. In this role, Ian will help educators connect with peers and resources, facilitate virtual meetups and oversee short-term cohort learning opportunities for educators.

As we embark on this exciting journey, we look forward to the invaluable contributions of our committee members, who will guide us toward innovative solutions and transformative practices. Together, we aim to create a dynamic network that empowers leaders and educators to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of educational change.
